Setup & Data
Guided setup, connected records, imports, history, and mobile capture.
PlannedOpsTric is being built to connect the work businesses already do — customers, tasks, approvals, payments, workflows, insights, and AI — in one clear operating workspace.
The long-term OpsTric experience is designed around a simple idea: capture the work, give it an owner, move it through the right controls, verify the outcome, and make progress visible.
OpsTric is planned as a modular platform. Businesses enable the areas they need while the same records, permissions, workflows, and audit history connect the experience underneath.

DifferentiatorOpsTric’s AI vision is to understand requests, retrieve permitted business context, suggest or prepare the next step, and use approved tools. Real business services still enforce permissions, approvals, execution, verification, and audit.
The planned Test Drive experience separates simulation, safe isolated rehearsal where supported, and live monitoring. A test only passes what was actually checked — uncovered steps stay clearly marked as not tested.
The shared platform is designed around problems that appear across many business models, while specialist industry systems can stay connected instead of being replaced unnecessarily.
The website presents the product vision, not a claim that every module is already built. Availability will be published as the product moves toward launch.
Core business setup and a complete first operating workflow.
Broaden the customer and delivery journey after the core is dependable.
Add higher-value assistance and specialist extensions where they prove useful.
No. CRM-style customer records are one part of the vision. OpsTric is being designed around connected business work: customers, tasks, workflows, approvals, payments, insights, testing, and optional AI.
No. AI assistance is planned with explicit permissions, business policies, approval requirements, result verification, and audit history. Sensitive actions should remain controlled.
That is not the goal. OpsTric is designed to coordinate supported systems where replacement is unnecessary, while providing a clearer operating layer across the work.
The long-term vision covers physical, online, and hybrid businesses. The actual release will begin with focused workflows and expand based on customer validation.
The current target launch date shown on this website is February 1, 2027.
